PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!!! YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED WITHOUT FULLY COMPLETING THE PROCESS.

First, fill out the registration form below. This will submit your contact information for the recruiting brochures we send to college coaches.
You will then be taken to the payment/billing page where you MUST submit your $530.00 deposit immediately.
The remaining balance will be paid in 2 equal installments of $530.00 that will be automatically drawn from your PayPal account 30 days from the date of initial deposit payment and then finally at the 60 day mark (i.e. deposit on 2/29/12, next installment drawn automatically on 3/29/12, final drawn on 4/29/12).

US Lacrosse Registration
Claddagh Lacrosse players are encourage to register with US Lacrosse as members. This can be done here. US Lacrosse membership has a variety of benefits for players including insurance for any time they are playing organized lacrosse, as well as a great monthly magazine covering the sport.

REFUND POLICY
* No cash refunds are given
* Credits may be given for future use in the event of documented medical injury

To receive a credit:

Submit to us at least 7 days prior to start of event complete medical documentation of the injury preventing participation. A credit will be issued for the same amount to be used over the next 1-year period.
