Please complete all payment info, entering CARDHOLDERS info when asked
for name and address, and referencing the player's name in the
'additional comments' or 'special instructions' section. Your
registration is complete when you reach a transaction receipt screen. NOTE: Registration is not accepted and secure unless both steps (contact info and payment) have been completed.

US Lacrosse Registration Claddagh Lacrosse players are encourage to register with US Lacrosse as members. This can be done here. US Lacrosse membership has a variety of benefits for players including insurance for any time they are playing organized lacrosse, as well as a great monthly magazine covering the sport.
REFUND POLICY
* No cash refunds are given
* Credits may be given for future use in the event of documented medical injury
To receive a credit:
Submit to us at least 7 days prior to start of event complete medical documentation of the injury preventing participation. A credit will be issued for the same amount to be used over the next 1-year period.
