Each LaxHub player gets issued a Nike Dri-Fit training shirt with their membership, and this is what they will wear each time they train. It is their "team jersey" for training.
Use of digital video technology to accelerate player progress. Each class and training group is recorded at LaxHub. At any later point, players and coaches can review this film and zoom in digitally on any player or players to isolate a repetition for emphasis and "teachable moments". Our players are visual learners and nothing teaches an athlete better than seeing what they are doing well and what they need improvement on.
